Out Placement

This is an area where we have great sensitivity and understanding in really assisting our clients to efficiently help staff find alternative employment who have been made redundant.  We achieve this by consulting with the individuals concerned in career progression, CV strategy and guidance to market approach.  We will ensure that the individuals will be conversing with the right recruitment organisations for the appropriate market and we would also give training in how to make direct approaches to relevant companies and how to sell yourself to those companies.  The strategy is to be highly pro-active and to encourage the staff concerned to find alternative employment as soon as possible.
