THE COURSE THAT SHOWS YOU HOW TO: 

Identify and reach the right person, quantify and qualify their needs, establish buying influences, sales drivers and budget and create an interest through dialogue techniques which gives a positive message to the customer.  

The Course encourages a question and answer environment which makes it highly interactive and which invokes creative thinking.

The material covered in this Course is as follows:-

  1. Information you should know about your customer.  Knowledge is power!
  2. Techniques on how to qualify the customer’s thinking process.  Don’t just accept answers such as “send literature”……”too expensive”…….”too busy”……..

“not interested”………without qualifying their real motives.  Are they a potential customer or not?

  1. Understanding how to uncover and resolve objections ensuring that they are not insincere and how to project your “USP’s”.
  2. Using questioning techniques to establish the customer’s commitment to the sale.
     
  3. Techniques on how to reach the right person.  A sales delivery to the wrong person is as good as not making the call in the first place.
     
  4. How to use different types of questions as tools to gain information and advance the sale.
     
  5. Accurate sales reporting based on facts and not supposition.
     
  6. Dealing with Gatekeepers, Influencers, Users and Coaches and understanding their role in the sale.
     
  7. Does the customer understand the value to proposition of the sale?
     
  8.  Do you present a positive and confident effective sales   message?
     
  9.  Demonstrate return on investment against price and value.
     
  10.  Your mental preparation to improve approach and belief in you and your product / service.

     

The cost is £295 per person, £265 for two and £235 per person for three people and above plus VAT including full Course Notes and one month’s consultancy by telephone or by e-mail on any of your sales issues.

Light refreshments will be provided on Courses held at our various locations.

Should you want our half-day Express Sales Refresher Course which covers the same material, but without the practical workshop approach and intensive role play, this would cost £425 plus VAT for a morning or afternoon session and would be held at your premises. 

We can also carry out the full-day Course at your premises if required.
