We offer a Direct Candidate Sourcing Service which gives an excellent return on investment in terms of cost and time. We all know how time consuming it is to find the right people. Advertising the position never gives you a breadth of suitable candidates, so you have to be pro-active by searching for the right person. This takes time and company resources which are expensive. What we do best is to find the right people quickly at a fixed cost and this is done by using our database of candidates which we have established over many years, together with social media sites and paid for candidate boards. We are then able to deliver quality candidates who are vetted and who are highly qualified to meet your job specification requirements. We also provide regular reports keeping you informed at all times throughout the search.
Why use this service? Because it works, it’s competitively priced and is totally focused on filling your vacancy as quickly as possible. Using our well proven search mapping process means that you make contact with the right candidates who may or may not have registered their CVs on line.
The process works as follows:-
1. We would work to an agreed time scale, provide three highly qualified and vetted candidates who meet your job specification and look after the process from start to finish. Should an offer not be made, we would discuss the reasons why with you with a view to then putting forward more candidates until the position is filled. There would be an initial invoice payable on commencement in the sum of £850 + VAT. Then, once we have identified three candidates who match the job criteria and interviews have been arranged, we would then invoice another £850 + VAT payable within seven days. When an offer has been made and accepted and a start date given, we would then submit a final time and materials invoice of £1,250 + VAT payable within 14 days and this would finalise this particular vacancy.
2. We would identify the right candidates from our market mapping process. Then approach the candidates and explain the position and the merits of your company in terms of its culture and working environment. We would ensure that they are very keen, that they understand the job specification, are sold on the position and appreciate that it would be a good career move. By recruiting in this way, you do not waste your time with unnecessary interviews and you also get a high return of acceptances against offers.
3. We would carry out all admin and negotiations and provide regular updates from start to finish with the Hiring Manager or HR to the point of offer and acceptance and any other tasks such as reference checking if desired.
We would make an immediate start. However, should a candidate leave within 8 weeks, we would give you a refund of 10% of the total fee, or find a free replacement.
We feel that this Direct Candidate Sourcing Service offers companies an opportunity to work closely with a Senior Talent Rescourcer so a relationship can be built. Also the service can be turned off and on against each requirement without engaging the recruiter permanently. Should you have more than one role to fill, then these costings would apply to each one.
