Initially we carry out an in-depth telephone interview in order to establish all the relevant information in terms of your professional profile, key skills, competencies, career history, achievements and other applicable areas. This then enables us to produce a CV document that creates interest and secures interviews through visual impact and professional layout. Our main aim is to make your CV stand out against the crowd.
The CV we would produce would naturally be sent to you for your review. We would then discuss whether any amendments are required and make any relevant changes so that you have confidence in the final CV document.
Interview coaching will then be provided to help and prepare you for all the difficult questions you are likely to be asked and covers competency based questions such as :-
Communication Skills
Decision Making
Critical Thinking
Organisational Skills
Problem Solving Skills
This is an essential part of our package. The coaching will enable you to sell yourself against your CV which also acts as a selling tool. Coaching can be provided by a face to face meeting if preferred, or via Skype. Our goal is to boost confidence in terms of how you perform during interviews and how you are perceived. It is essential that the messages you give both verbally and through body language are in complete sync with your CV.
We also help you to market yourself to companies by providing a covering letter highlighting your expertise. We can also provide guidance on appropriate postings for on-line media.
Throughout the entire interview process we are on hand to provide advice and encouragement. You are never alone until you get that new job!
There would be a one off fee of £300 plus VAT which is payable on commencement of the assignment.
